Mike Melville, a racist, sexist in Deerfield Dairy Plant has been arrested for domestic violence, calls black employees "boot lips" in his private life, committed adultery, and was disciplined for improperly handling a sexual harassment claim. But I bet you won't find any discipline in his personnel file. Publix keeps a "separate" set of records for certain employees. Check it out. Mike Melville abandoned his wife and children in order to further his career with the company and the company encouraged and promoted his decision to move away from his family and chidlren, costing him his marriage. Family values.

Well, the man is a racist and womanizer. Melville can't do any wrong in corporate's eyes. The man flirts like he gets paid to do so. He has a bad reputation. He covered up an incident two years ago. When the stuff hit the fan, he got off with a slap on the hand (hummm). If you're black, forget about it; you will never see a top position in manufacturing.

What BS this is....lol. 

Publix is not involved in peoples private life, and what they are doing when and where ! 

If one is getting in trouble though, and it "spills" over into the work place, then YES....they will respond to it accordingly. 

If someone moves away from the wife and kids (family), then it's their own decision and own doing. 

No one held a gun to his head to do anything. 

 

So, to come on here, and make statements like this, blaming the company for it all....is absurd, laughable, and outrages to the highest degree ! 

You should be ashamed of yourself !
